Request-based Covid screening
Global epidemic screening plays a vital role in the outbreak and planning to control the Covid epidemic.
One of the most critical national programs to deal with Covid-19 has been screening projects to prevent the spread and help the country’s planning and policy.
Danesh Parsian Company performed four screening stages (health-based link) at the national level and on an enormous scale.
The information recorded in these screenings helped various organizations and ministries implement their protocols and instructions.
Due to the prevalence of Covid, according to the Ministry of Health, care packages were reviewed. The care that could be done in absentia was defined as absentee care packages and health liaisons (health care providers, Caregiver-midwife and health workers) recorded such care by phone and performed the necessary follow-up.
With the efforts of the experts of Danesh Parsian Company, the system of “self-assessment and presentation of certificates of participation in the national entrance examination (1399 and 1400)” and the “Covid self-assessment system” were designed and implemented.
By implementing these plans, unnecessary traffic to health units has been prevented.
In addition, many care packages such as asthma, hepatitis, marriage education services, children’s hearing, vaccinations, identification of high-risk elderly, etc., have been done during this period.
Covid self-assessment system
The salamat.gov.ir system was launched in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education and in the shortest possible time after the official announcement of Covid’s first cases.
This system has been the primary reference and axis of all decisions of experts and those in charge of the country’s affairs in the field of Covid planning and control. After the arrival of the first consignments of the vaccine in the country, the format of this system was changed.
Its main focus was on registering the target groups for vaccination. However, parts of the Covid disease self-assessment system, guild and industry registration system, registration of dental services and psychological self-assessment are available in the health system.
All these changes have been done under the supervision of Danesh Parsian Company and with the cooperation of the company’s experts.
In designing the Covid self-assessment system, we tried to use the simplest and most optimal methods to be easily used by the public. By entering the address https://self.salamat.gov.ir/, a page will open where esteemed clients must register their national code, date of birth, and mobile phone number.
Then on the next page, the client is asked to enter the verification code sent to his mobile. This is designed for the safety and security of esteemed clients, and by doing so, an attempt has been made to prevent possible abuses as much as possible.
By entering the verification code sent, the user enters a page that has two main questions.
The first question is about the symptoms of Covid disease (fever, cough, runny nose, etc.), and the user can enter their symptoms in it.
The second question is about the history of Covid disease in family members and relatives, which significantly increases the risk of Covid disease.
By entering the next page, suggestions and tips for dear patients will be published, and those who are likely to have Covid disease will be asked to go to medical centers as soon as possible.
Because the databases of all these systems are interconnected and work together, identifying and helping to treat dear patients is also easy.
Self-assessment system and submission of certificates of attendance in the national entrance exams
Due to the need to hold university entrance exams in person and also to control and prevent the spread of Covid-19 disease, a complex process was designed and implemented so that all candidates to participate in national exams by referring to the self-assessment system at https://salamat.gov.ir fill in a form and determine if they are suspicious or infected,
and finally receive a certificate of participation in the test. For candidates with Covid heart disease, a unique process was envisaged to take the entrance exam with certain conditions.
